Importing soft drinks, bottled water, juices or energy drinks? THG Warehousing handles the full logistics chain – from container unloading through to pallet storage and UK or European distribution.
We’re based in South Warnborough, Hampshire, approximately 50 minutes from Southampton port. That makes us a practical first stop for imported beverage containers arriving into the UK and a well connected hub for onward distribution across the country and into Europe.
We work with a wide range of non alcoholic beverage products, including:
Many of our beverage customers are importers receiving full or part loads from overseas suppliers. We unload containers directly at our facility, sort and check the goods and move them into tracked pallet storage – usually on the same day the container arrives.
If your products ship in cases and need palletising, wrapping or labelling before they can go to storage or onward delivery, we take care of that too. Beverage containers are often tightly packed and heavy – our team is used to working with them efficiently and without damage.
Once your goods are unloaded and palletised, they go into our racked warehouse on a “pallet in”, “pallet out” basis. Storage is flexible – you’re not tied into a minimum term and you only pay for the space you use.
We maintain stock records and can provide inventory updates on request, so you always know what you have on hand and can plan orders and deliveries around it.
Pallet storage is available for both short term overflow and ongoing warehousing arrangements. Whether you’re holding stock between container arrivals or running a steady volume through us on a regular basis, we can accommodate it.
Beverage products don’t always arrive shelf ready or retailer compliant. We regularly carry out pallet re-works for customers who need:
This is particularly useful if you’re supplying retailers, Amazon FBA, or wholesale customers who have specific pallet or labelling requirements..
We work with a network of pallet carriers to move goods from our warehouse to your customers across the UK and into Europe. Deliveries can be arranged on a “per pallet” basis, consolidated with other shipments or scheduled to run on a regularly frequency.
For businesses consolidating smaller shipments, whether you’re supplying multiple UK depots or pulling together a groupage export, we can hold, sort and despatch to a coordinated schedule rather than shipping everything as it arrives.
If your products don’t need storage – they just need to move quickly from an inbound container to an outbound vehicle – cross docking is the right option. Goods arrive, get checked, sorted if needed and loaded onto outbound transport with minimal dwell time.
This works well for promotional stock, time sensitive launches, or seasonal peaks where speed matters more than holding cacpacity.
We sit on the M3 corridor with good access to the A34 and M4. Southampton port is around 50 minutes away, which matters if you're regularly pulling containers and want a facility close to the port of entry.
We don't have complicated tariff structures. You'll get a clear quote for what you actually need, whether that's devanning, storage, rework or distribution.
We work with businesses of all sizes - from growing importers shipping a few containers a year to distributors running consistent weekly volumes through us. We adapt to your requirements, not the other way around.
Beverages - especially glass bottled products - need careful handling. Our team is experienced with fragile and heavy consumer goods and we take product integrity seriously.
